Fire Rated Panel Systems

Warranty

  1. Custom Plastics warrants the Flame Safe Wall Panel System for one year.
  2. This warranty is not covered against fire, flooding, free-standing water or any other conditions which are not normal to indoor paneling.
  3. Damage due to extremes in temperature or relative humidity as outlined in Parts 3 and 4 are not covered by this warranty.
  4. This warranty does not cover improperly acclimated or stored panels to the ambient conditions as outlined in Parts 3 and 4.
  5. This warranty does not cover improperly installed panels not in compliance with the installation instructions in Part 7.
  6. This warranty does not cover abuse or damage to the decorative surface of the wall panel system or other actions not in compliance with the HPL manufacturers instructions.
  7. Custom Plastics will be responsible for the glue line between the facers and core, cut and milled tolerances and fit of the grooved panels.
