Pre-Laminated H.P.L. Panels
Decorative
High Pressure Laminate (HPL) is applied to a variety of cores, including
particle board, MDF, plywood, honeycomb, foam, plastic, acrylic, metal,
or FRP. Panels are built to your requirements. Fire rated materials are available.
HPL Panels can be cut-to-size, routed, and predrilled to produce finished,
ready-to-assemble components.

Cut to Size Program
Two state of the art CNC
Holzma 5x12 saws allow cut-to-size components to be economically fabricated for smaller shops that lack
the capacity to cut volumes of panel components. Large shops supplement
their capacity with help from Custom Plastics to make delivery dates during peak periods. These saws are
controlled throught the Cut-Rite Software Program. The Cut-Rite program automates and optimizes
cuts to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
Consistant accuracy to .5mm is assured through strict adhereance to Holzma's maintenance program.
CNC Homag Router
Custom Plastics has recently installed a new state-of-the-art Homag Router. Like the Homag saws, this
router is also software controlled. The Homag router has two 6 x 10 tables and an automatic tool changer.
This router is capable of making finished components for almost any purpose. Materials
which can be routed include:
- Raw cores
- Particle board
- MDF
- Laminated panels
- Memamine
- Accrylics
- Solid surfacing
- Trespa
- Thick phenolic
- Other unconventional materials
