Custom Plastics manufactures fire-rated panels for commercial construction and marine applications. These panels are an attractive “drywall alternative” in heavy use areas, where fire protection is critical. Certifications include Underwriter's Laboratory (UL), U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), Marine Equipment Directive (MED), in accordance with the new International Marine Organization (IMO) regulations. Profiles, moldings, and a full line of installation components are available for all panel systems.

The Marine Panel System provides decorative, lightweight, fire resistant material for walls/bulkheads, ceilings/overheads, interior accommodations, and furniture in all types of sea-going vessels and offshore platforms.

The Flame Safe Panel System offers attractive, highly durable, low maintenance interior wall coverings that provide strength, flexibility and beauty. Each panel is U.L. certified to A.S.T.M. standards for specific fire-rated classifications.

Custom countertops are produced for residential, commercial and laboratory use.

Decorative High Pressure Laminate (HPL) is applied to a variety of cores, including particle board, MDF, plywood, honeycomb, foam, plastic, acrylic, metal, or FRP.
